Fliter looked at the picture, scratching her head. “Huh. Me, an acrobat? Like mom? Never really thought about that before…”
((Also, Thunderlane and Rumble being her siblings? I can honestly say I’ve never seen that headcanon before.))

Alright, I just hit 500 followers on my Flitter & Cloudchaser blog. Well, I certainly never expected this. If you’re wondering, gara-the-pony is the grand winner of… nothing, because I can’t draw. Thanks, though! To everyone!
Cloudchaser walked through the front door, grinning widely. Flitter was seated on the couch, rocking a sleeping Cobalt in her arms. She looked up when her sister came in, surprised at the ridiculous smile.
“Hey there, Chaser. What’s got you so happy?” she asked. CC plopped down on the couch beside Flitter.
“I just got the plans approved for my gym,” CC announced happily. “Set to begin construction next weekend, and then work over the summer. Should have my gym opening by mid-September.”
“Oh, that’s great, Chaser!” Flitter exclaimed, smiling with CC. “When will you start ordering equipment? What kinds of things will you have available?”
“Well, a pool was out, considering everypony just swims in the lake,” CC answered. “The usual strength-training equipment is being brought in, of course. I’ll also have a room for aerobics and yoga. Heh, I think I’ll see if I can’t hire Blossomforth for yoga. She’d be a great teacher.”
“She’d break her students’ spines.”
“But they’d be flexible!”
“Actually, pegasi are usually bad swimmers,” Flitter said. “The wings are great for flying, but in the water… they really don’t help.”
Starting on the 26th, I will be almost completely unavailable for much of the summer. I may make an occasional post, but active participation will be unlikely. I’ve got a summer camp to work at, with few breaks and one Wi-Fi hotspot.
“Heh, a timid prince, marrying a dragon. Yep, that’ll end well,” CC said. “Well, you know, just keep hoping. And, um, praying, I guess.” She shrugged.
CC was about to reply with “I’ve seen scarier”, though for the life of her, she couldn’t remember what, where, or when.
“It sounds like a bit of an overreaction to me. How important could it really be? I always thought political marriages were silly, anyway.”
“That sucks. Well, they say that true love prevails, though I think that’s just code for ‘no distance breaks a libido.’” She smirked playfully.
